Delivery & Returns

If the product is defective, you can return or exchange it if you contact us within one week of receiving the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

If the customer finds damage or dirt on an opened product. If the original delivery (box, delivery note) is missing. If the product is for a customer's convenience (wrong size, wrong order, different from what you expected, etc.).

Please check the size, color, etc. carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Regarding refunds, in the case of a refund, we will refund you by bank transfer or by cancelling your payment, depending on the payment method used at the time of your order.

- In the event that you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, a product that is defective upon receipt, or a product that is damaged due to our reasons, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the product and you will need to return it to the address we will inform you of.

*Refund procedures will be carried out after we have confirmed that the product has arrived at our company. Please note that it may take some time depending on the business days of financial institutions.
